After reading "The Summer King Chronicles" a few years back, I have fallen in love with gryphons. So I just had to have a gryphon plushie. You won't believe how hard it is to find nice gryphon plushies. There are a few, but they tend to be a bit to small for my taste.
This one stands 80cm tall and - like all my plushies - is perfect for cuddling. I tried some new things: He features a mix of Minky and faux fur fabrics. I had to sew a lot by hand but am very happy with the result.
Ears, Wings and tail contain a special kind of wadding that is super soft while keeping its shape. So the ears stand up without wiring or other mechanism that would lower cuddability :)
