Azura
I wanted to learn a few things with her, mainly how to do embroidered mouths and feathered wings. Especially the mouth was tricky as it's on the same piece of fabric as the eye, so ideally I would embroider mouth and eye in one go. Unfortunately my embroidery machine cannot handle such a big area so I had to carefully re-hoop the fabric and hope I got the right position and angle.
I am super happy with her, both with her initial design and how she turned out. As always I started with a digital 3D model which I use to create the pattern using Plushify. You always learn something new. For Azura it was how to do the stripes on her back and belly.
She is 70cm large, made with minky fabric and has poly pellets in her paws and belly.
